Let's imagine that as a researcher I make a breaktrhough NN model, but that I need a lot of TPUs/GPUs in order to test it, is there a service for temporarily lending such hardware to me for free/not much ? (e.g google colab ?) Otherwise researchers will plateau with their hardware budget.
