Agree with other commenters this needs a better landing page with some screens or a video demo. Especially for a product where building trust with your family would be a necessity.

Agreed. Trust should not depend on registering first. Screenshots, a short demo, a clear explanation of the flow, and the YouTube limitations belong on the public page. “Free” and “simple” are not enough on their own.

Indeed, a lot of aspiration there.

(fist bump)

You just described the plot of Alien: Earth!

I don't have friends, therefore I must use LinkedIn to get a job. Hooray!

I know you are joking, but there is something about this that I really don't get. "Friends" here really means "a professional network". Many nerds despise having one or maintaining/building one. At the same time, people pour weeks/months/years of their life into optimizing their modest investment portfolios. 0.01 percentage points of yearly cost differences of some passive ETF. That surely compounds. But you know what also compounds? Knowing somebody who knows somebody who has $skill or $job_posting. In a big way. Your work comp is still the biggest source of income for most, but investing into optimizing it by broadening your network is something people don't want to do. They'd rather discuss the tax implications of nuances of some investment portfolio.

I don't disagree, but broadening your network is a very different skill (being social) than handling investment portfolios. And for some of us, it's not that we necessarily despise creating or maintaining a network, it's that we suck at it.

And that's my point. Putting just a little bit of minimal effort pays off much more than micro-optimizing some etf investment. Big time.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Any idea If I search for Kinesys spray product on the American Amazon site will it be the same? What are the active ingredients?

Dunno. Brands definitely change their ingredients to conform to national health/drug regs so I’d inquire via their US site. kinesysactive.com

Pattern-based testing can theoretically reduce the token cost?

Anything NSF certified

I'd love a specific recommendation,

Sorry just seeing this. NSF provides their own index. The certification guarantees a label is what it says it is. I don't generally care about branding and let the certification + drug (creatine) do the talking. IIRC evidence points to monohydrate does the job well and no need to fuss with other things like micronized of proprietary creapure.

Agree and disagree. When did designers become the gatekeepers in what a page should look like and how it should behave? I never liked the pattern of leadership and design throwing a Figma over the fence and the saying “now make it”. Have seen plenty of it in agency work. If anything, AI has leveled the playing field - the onus can fall on both of them to do the doing or fess up that they need the other.

> When did designers become the gatekeepers in what a page should look like and how it should behave?

Since...forever? You may not like the waterfall model, but unless you're at a small startup this is how most software gets made. Even the more collaborative shops where FEs give input on designs, it's just that...input on designs owned by a designer. That AI leveled the playing field is my point. It's now much easier for designers to subsume the responsibilities of an FE than the reverse. You know this is true because if it weren't, designers would never have been a thing to begin with.

oh boooy, it's a benchmarking script, but still...

At what point along the 1M window does context become "long" enough that this degradation occurs?

The benchmark GP mentioned is measuring at 128k-256k context (there's another at 524k-1024k, where 4.6 scored 78.3% and 4.7 scored 32.2%).

The longer the context the worse the performance; there isn't really a qualitative step change in capability (if there is imo it happens at like 8k-16k tokens, much sooner than is relevant for multi-turn coding tasks - see e.g. this old benchmark https://github.com/adobe-research/NoLiMa ).
